DELIVERY OPTIONS

The exact amount of the shipping cost depends on the destination and the shipping method chosen. It is always indicated separately in the shopping cart. There will be no surprises once the order is completed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping for orders up to 70.00 Euro is 6.00 Euro.

No shipping costs apply to orders over 70.00 Euro.

Any promotions will be announced on the homepage.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

Upon delivery, the User must check the packaging for damage and, if the product is damaged or does not conform to the order sent, not accept the shipment, clearly noting the nature of the damage and/or the error on the delivery note.

The User is required to notify the problem to ICE RITUAL by emailing info@iceritual.com.

ICE RITUAL will bear the shipping costs of returning defective or wrongly shipped products.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

Products sold through the website www.iceritual.com are delivered throughout Italy and subsequently also abroad. Variations in rates are applicable for particular hard-to-reach areas and for foreign countries.

Shipping costs are always visible in the order check-out and, for foreign shipments, these costs do not include import taxes and local excise duties.

APO military addresses are not allowed.

DELIVERY

Shipments are only made by courier. A signature is always required on delivery. The User may accept that a delivery is signed by a person other than the User, provided that this person is present at the address provided and is at least 18 years of age. If no-one is present at the time of delivery, the User will be asked to contact the carrier in charge.

CANCELLATION OF THE ONLINE ORDER

To cancel an order, simply request it by sending an e-mail to info@iceritual.com.

Once the order has been confirmed we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop the shipment. In this case, you must refuse to collect the product at the time of delivery, specifying the reasons on the delivery note. We will refund you the purchase price once the item is back in our warehouse. In this case, the shipping costs are not refunded and remain the responsibility of the customer.

If it is possible to stop the shipment, you will see confirmation of the order cancellation on the “Your Account” page in the “Your previous orders” section.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product/s to the same Consumer or to a third party designated by him/her.

In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal shall run from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, acquires physical possession of the last good.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for customised items.

The substantial integrity of the product(s) to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must follow the following procedure:

Send a written communication to ICE RITUAL srls using one of the following methods: (i) Electronic mail (preferably PEC) to info@pec.iceritual.com; (ii) registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address
Viale Croce Rossa 115 – 90144 Palermo, Italy.  The notice must contain an explicit statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract of sale with an indication of the identification number of the relevant order. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication is sent before the expiry of the aforementioned period of 14 (fourteen) days.

Within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt of the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, ICE RITUAL will communicate the instructions for the return of products. The costs of shipping the product shall be borne by the customer.

Pack the Product (preferably in its original packaging). Using the original packaging will prevent any damage during transport;

Ship the product within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the instructions for delivery. ICE RITUAL will refund all sums paid by the consumer, including the cost of delivery of the initial order, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he received notice of the intention to withdraw from the purchase, unless the product has been returned within these terms. Alternatively, the refund will be made immediately as soon as ICE RITUAL receives the goods and verifies its integrity.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that the consumer used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has agreed otherwise. In any event, the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

The above withdrawal procedure applies exclusively to purchases made through the website www.iceritual.com
