Shipping and delivery times

DELIVERY TIMES:

We currently process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatched orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed on weekdays before 13:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 are dispatched on the next working day. All orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched within the next 2 working days.

If your order has not arrived on the expected day and you have received the shipping confirmation, your order is on its way and can be tracked on the courier’s website using the details of the confirmation email you received once you ordered.

ICE RITUAL has no responsibility for late or missed delivery, although we will make every effort to counteract any missing deliveries.

In the event that the customer receives a damaged product, ICE RITUAL undertakes to send a new order intact at its own expense.

Goods returned to ICE RITUAL will be re-delivered subject to payment of new delivery charges by the purchaser.
